Here are the latest updates and improvements we've introduced to enhance Book That In:
You can now upload images for your Categories - enhancing visuals on the selection screens for better representation.
To give this a try, go to Company Settings → Booking Categories and either edit or create a Category.
Subscription Move Restrictions Removed: Provided the ability to move subscriptions between classes without the requirement for identical subscription price bands to be present on both classes, providing greater flexibility in subscription management.
Aligned Subscription Cancellation Periods: When a customer deletes their Book That In account, subscriptions will now be cancelled in line with applicable minimum subscription periods where relevant, ensuring alignment with expected payment commitments.
Updated the warning message during account deletions to clarify subscription terms.
Copy Booking Link Functionality Fixed: Addressed the issue where 'Copy Link' functionality did not work on iPhones for booking links - this is now resolved for seamless linking across all devices.
Forced-Refresh Sending Customers Back to The Beginning Fixed: Implemented state-saving within the booking widget, ensuring users return to their last progress point even if browser refreshes during bank authentication processes.
Creation of ‘Old Style’ Subscription Types and Appointment Types Fixed: The bug that generated a sever error when creating Subscription and Appointment Types has now been resolved.
Issue with One Off Payments on ‘Old Style’ Subscriptions Resolved: Payment for one off fees are now being collected as normal for legacy subscription types.
We are committed to continuously enhancing user experiences and look forward to your feedback on our new features and updates!

We're thrilled to announce the latest improvements to the Book That In platform, focusing on enhanced usability and functionality for you and your customers.
Business owners can now open classes for new bookings even while auto-renewals are pending.
Classes will now open for bookings after renewal emails have been sent to customers on the current/previous term.
The system will automatically limit new bookings so the class won’t go over capacity, if everyone re-enrols.
You can still hide the class from the widget and/or set it as waiting list only to prevent new people from booking if you wish.

Added the ability for images to be included with Extras, improving the visual experience for customers, particularly when selling products.
The interface for selecting multiple Extras has been improved with intuitive +/- buttons to make it easier for customers to increase or decrease the numbers of Extras in their basket.
Attendee Extras now have built-in limits so the system won’t allow people to add more Extras than spaces allow. This brings the capacity check forward a step, to make the booking process with Extras more user-friendly by giving them feedback sooner.
Business owners will now receive email notifications when 'Trial Attended' emails are sent to customers, ensuring clear tracking.
Logging in errors with incorrect passwords and emails on the booking widget now show explicit messages, enhancing user feedback.
Categories can now be created directly from the Company Settings → Booking Categories area for streamlined configuration.
Optimised the loading time for the "Create Group Event" feature, enhancing efficiency when managing accounts with a long history and large numbers of Group Event Types.
Addressed the issue displaying £0 in prices when no viable bands are present. The system no longer displays £0 as the cost.
These updates are now live and readily available to all users.
We hope these enhancements refine your experience and improve the ease of platform interaction. Thank you for your continued support and feedback!

We're thrilled to announce the latest update packed with impactful features and critical bug fixes to augment your experience with Book That In.
Discount Code Reporting: Business owners will now see discount amounts and which discount code was used in their confirmation email. This info is also now accessible on the register, in register export files and the client record in the Clients area.
Backdating Subscriptions: Now allows for backdating the first pro rata payment on subscriptions to the date of a trial. Enable this feature by editing the subscription price bands and selecting the 'Backdate First Payment?' option.
Notifications for Auto Re-enrolment: Business owners can now send waiting list notifications for classes using auto re-enrolment, before enrolments have been processed - this means the waiting list can be informed before new bookings can be made on the widget.
Manual Booking Notifications: Added a bold red text to clearly indicate that manual bookings will not charge the customer's card.
Waiting List Accessibility: Users can now add customers to a waiting list seamlessly when manually adding bookings to a full class.
Subscription Management: Fixed the issue preventing unpausing subscriptions in the new Subscriptions Price Bands list view.
Voucher Tracking: Discount claim logs have been rectified for future bookings.
