Allow Price Bands to be changed for Date/Blocks under the Same Group Event Type

At the moment, Price Bands are set at the ‘Group Event Type’ level, which means that and changes to the Price Bands affects all date/blocks under it.

This change would allow Price Bands to be different for different date/blocks under the same Group Event Type.

    Have different price band options at the class level not just the group lecel

    Price bands can only be assigned at the group level. This causes us a problem at end of term when we have only 1 session left in the term and people select block book option therefore saving themselves a whole £1!

    We need block book pricing available for the new term but not for the term that’s about to finish when PAYG should be only option.
