When using Auto Re-enrolment, allow business owner to open class for new bookings alongside pending renewals.

Make it possible to have bookings open on the widget alongside having pending auto-renewals.

Over the summer, we weren't able to book new customers onto our sessions via the booking system because they were showing as waiting list only due to us not processing the auto-renewals until the start of term.

We need to be able to have customers in the auto-renewal process alongside taking new bookings on the system.
