Upgrade Register Display

Improved register display will:

1. Make the whole view cleaner and more modern

2. Allow you to display more than 2 data fields at once

3. Allow you to set which fields you want to display by default

4. Include new, special fields and/or alerts for things like Age, Photo Permissions, Marketing permissions.

5. Allow filtering by attended / not attended / neither / cancelled

6. Allow more actions to be applied to multiple contacts (e.g. Refund, Cancel, Mark as Attended)

7. Display payment status for latest payment (subscriptions only)
