Make it easier for customers to trigger payments after adding new card details if payment fails in auto re-enrolment

Following a failed payment in the Auto Re-enrolment process, add the ability for customers to trigger a new payment after adding new card details to their account.

Recently we had one customer whose payment failed, he went it to update his card details, but there was nowhere for him to then request the payment was taken.

I only knew he'd updated his card details and was ready to pay when he emailed me to ask why he couldn't trigger a payment. He ended up just doing a new booking. Can we make it easier for customers to trigger their own payments after adding new card details?
