Implement an scheduled cut off period for bookings

Allow business owners to set a time period which would then automatically stop bookings being allowed for a session within that time period.

For example, if the time period was 1 hour, customers would not be able to book the next session if it was less than an hour away - but they would still be able to book sessions after it.
