Email options linked to the email participants section on the register

Feature Request

It would be useful if you could choose an email from the pre-written emails e.g. ‘trial attended’ email from the register when you select participants- action - email.

I personally use price bands for trail sessions as my trials are in 2 week blocks so the trial function doesn’t work for me. Therefore after a participant has attended both trials I have to email them individually to ask them if they’d like to book the remainder of the term. It would be helpful if there was a shortcut to be able to select the prewritten email directly from the register.

    Thanks for this @Amy Abblitt - it’s a great suggestion and I can see the value in this feature.

    I have good news for you too. There is a way to make this work in a much easier way for you right now that avoids copying and pasting email content. The system can automatically send a ‘Final Session Attended’ email template after your customers attend the final session in their booking (e.g. the second of their 2 trials). And you can make that email say whatever you want.
