Allow Price Bands to be changed for Date/Blocks under the Same Group Event Type

At the moment, Price Bands are set at the ‘Group Event Type’ level, which means that and changes to the Price Bands affects all date/blocks under it.

This change would allow Price Bands to be different for different date/blocks under the same Group Event Type.
