Allow more than one staff member to be linked to a class/event

Sometimes more than one staff member needs to have access to the same class/event.

Currently only one staff member can be linked, so a single login needs to be shared across multlple staff members to access the class/event with restricted permissions.

Allowing multiple staff members to be linked would be preferable.
