Allow Discount Codes to be restricted to certain things
Currently a discount code can be claimed against any booking option.
This feature would allow business owners to restrict a discount code so it can only be used on specific:
Booking Types
Terms/Blocks
Price Bands (inc. Trials)
Customer Accounts
