Allow discount codes to apply discounts to all or multiple payments for a subscription

Currently discount codes only apply a discount to the first payment in a subscription.

This feature would let business owners set the number of payments that the discount should be applied to when the code is used, including if it should apply for the whole duration of the subscription.
