Allow business owners to set a capacity on Price Bands and Extras

At present, capacity is set per session. All Price Bands that can be honoured are displayed until the session capacity is hit.

Sometimes, certain Price Bands/Ticket Options have limited availability. e.g. 3 Drop Ins per session.

This feature would allow a capacity to be set for that price band so it will no longer be offered when the Price Band capacity is hit for that session - even if the overall capacity still has space.

In a similar way, Extras sometimes need a capacity, especially for products if a business only has a limited number of products to sell.

The capacity for Price Bands and Attendee Extras would be limited per Class/Event - so if a Price Band had a capacity of 3 and was linked to multiple Classes/Events, then it would be possible to book up to 3 participants on each linked event.

Product Extras however, might be the same and be limited per class/event, OR they may have a ‘global’ capacity (e.g. there are only 10 products in stock, so there are only 10 available across ALL events/classes.

Product Extras would need the option to:

a) Set this Capacity per class/event, or

b) Set this Capacity across all events
