We'd like to be sent an admin trial follow up confirmation email to confirm that the customer was sent the post-trial email. Currently, we tick to send the email when we mark them as having attended the trial session, but we just have to trust this was sent.
We'd like to get an email at the point of sending confirming this email was sent to the customer. Currently I follow up manually in case the system didn't trigger it.
At the moment, business owners get email notifications for various things, but not when the ‘Trial Attended Email’ goes out.
This request would implement a notification in this situation so business owners can see when the email goes out.
