Add ability for customers to pay using childcare vouchers

Currently Book That In cannot handle this, so the business provides a discount code to reduce the cost to £0, and handle the childcare voucher payment outside the system.

It would be great if BTI could handle childcare voucher payments and show that payment is outstanding, and then log when the payment has come in for the booking.
