Add a Secondary Contact (Email + Optional SMS) per Account 👥📧📲

Problem
⛳ Last-minute updates only reach the lead booker.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Many families have separated parents / shared carers.
👵 Sometimes Grandparent pays while someone else brings the child.
➡️ Result: the person attending misses critical messages.

Proposal
✅ Add a secondary contact on each account (email + optional SMS).
📩 Both contacts receive updates, reminders, and cancellations.

Why it matters
• ✅ Fewer missed sessions & smoother check-ins
• 🧑‍💼 Less admin chasing for coaches/venues
• 🤝 More inclusive for modern family setups

🔹 One extra email field
🔹 Toggle: “Receive alerts?” (and optional SMS)
🔹 Expand later if needed
